Highland Park Sherry Skies, crafted by Master Whisky Maker Gordon Motion as his “farewell dram” – a particularly powerful expression of the distillery’s sherry cask-influenced signature flavour. Though it’s a celebration of these very casks, Sherry Skies is named after the beautiful, sherry-coloured sunsets that you’ll often see on an Orkney evening, thanks to the island’s unique latitude and light.
